Your Readings & Privacy

When you create an account, your readings are delivered to a private My Readings page in your account. Your readings, the questions you send us from your account, our replies, and any journal notes you write there are stored with your customer account on Shopify, our store platform. They can only be viewed by you while you're signed in, and by us so that we can prepare your readings and answer your questions. Your journal notes are for you, and we don't view them.

If your reading includes a PDF or image, that file is stored privately with Cloudflare, a service provider we use for secure file storage. Files are never posted publicly. Each time you open one from your account, it's sent to you through a private link that stops working after 30 minutes.

When we delete a reading, its files are deleted too. If you ask us to delete your account, your readings, questions, journal notes and files are deleted along with it. Our email to let you know a reading is ready never includes the reading itself; it only invites you to sign in and view it.
