Delivery of Your Reading

All readings offered by Mystic Arcane Readings are digital services, delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout. Your reading will be delivered within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. During -periods of high demand or for complex spreads, delivery may extend to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your reading is complete and ready.

Satisfaction & Support

We pour intention, care, and deep spiritual insight into every reading. If you experience any issues receiving your reading — such as a missing email or technical difficulty — please contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will make it right.

Because our readings are personalized, energetically prepared, and immediately delivered as digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a reading has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to reach out — your journey matters to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns with care.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must initiate your return or cancellation request within this 14-day window. You can do so by logging into your account and managing your order directly.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
