Frequently asked questions
Why is Zoom included with some readings, but the live sessions cost extra?
Great question! When you order one of our in-depth readings ($50 and up), the Zoom call is simply another way to receive that reading. You've already paid for the reading, so talking it through live with Marie is included. Our live sessions are different: they're readings of their own, with no other purchase needed, where you can bring any question or several topics and get Marie's full attention for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Either way, you'll get a written copy afterward. 🌙
What happens in a follow-up consultation?
Your follow-up is time with Marie to go back over your reading and your action plan. You'll have your written reading to refer to, so you can revisit any part of it and ask about anything that's still unclear. You'll also share how your action steps are going: what you've done, what got in the way, and anything that has changed since. Marie then adjusts your plan and gives you your next steps. The goal is to ease, remedy, or help you through your situation as best she can. Each follow-up can be written or a live Zoom session. 🌱
How long do I have to use my follow-up consultations?
If your reading includes follow-up consultations, you can use them for 90 days from the day your reading is delivered. Each follow-up can be written or a live Zoom session, your choice. Book them anytime from the reading’s page in My Readings, so your request goes straight to Marie’s readings inbox and nothing gets missed. Follow-ups are for your original reading, your action plan and your situation; a new situation or unrelated question needs a new reading. Unused follow-ups expire after 90 days.
Do I need to believe in tarot to get a reading?
No. Many people approach tarot with curiosity and use it simply as a prompt for thinking. An open mind is enough.
Can tarot predict the future?
We do not present tarot as a way to predict fixed outcomes. A reading can show the energy and patterns around a situation and the direction things may take, but you always keep the power to choose.

Tarot is a real and long-standing practice of using a deck of 78 illustrated cards as prompts for reflection.
