Don’t try to force an answer. Just let whatever comes up be enough, even if it’s not fully clear yet. Sit with that for a minute. Then say your affirmation, either out loud or in your head: I take time to get clear, and then I move forward with confidence and trust. Say it a few times, slowly. Let it land instead of rushing through it. After that, think of one small thing you can do today that lines up with what you felt. Keep it simple. Something you’ll actually follow through on. Open your eyes, write it down, and treat it like a promise to yourself. That’s it.
